In no event shall Successvalley be liable for any issues because of insufficient services of our affiliate partners including without limitation, delay in order, other logistic issues.

6.2       Modern browser such as Google Chrome is required in order to use the Services. Additionally, a stable connection to the Internet is required. The Services may work in a limited manner on other web browsers, but the Services were not designed for use on web browsers other than the browser recommended above.

7           Account

7.1       In order to use Successvalley, you must 1) be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into contracts; 2) complete the registration process; 3) agree to the Terms including our Privacy Policy; and 4) provide true, complete, and up to date legal and contact information. If you sign up for Successvalley on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

8           Account Password

8.1       The Services are provided to You via a dedicated account on the Website. Every account is linked to a separate user.

8.2       You’re responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. You’re also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorized the use. You’ll immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your accounts.

8.3       We’re not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords.

8.4       We don’t have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only reset your password.

10.1     Payments for the Services and Content. Shall be done through Paypal, Stripe, Instamojo, Credit Cards and Debit cards. When using Paypal for transactions on our Website, the terms and conditions and privacy policy shall apply as provided at: https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full.

10.2     Currency. All prices are in INR. All credit card charges must be paid in INR. We reserve the right to change the prices of products sold on this Website at any time. The Services Content shall be made available as soon as the payment process is completed, and the amount with respect to such transaction is received by us.

10.3     Customer Data and Privacy. During the transaction process, customer contact information and purchase history is collected by our systems. we reserve the right to send relevant offers via email and postal mail to our Members using this contact data. We shall protect the transaction data of our users to the maximum extent possible.

11       Purchases done through Credit Cards and chargebacks

The term “credit card holder” as used in these terms and conditions is defined as the person or entity in whose name the credit card was issued by the bank or financial institution that appears on the credit card. when you complete a transaction on our Website using a credit card for payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

11.1     You are the credit card holder, a representative of the credit card holder or the credit card holder is aware you are making the purchase and has authorized you in advance to make the purchase using their credit card.

11.2     If you aren't the credit card holder, you agree to notify the credit card holder of the purchase before making the purchase, and you guarantee Successvalley that you have made the credit card holder aware of the purchase in advance.

11.3     In case of any problems with the transaction, you will contact Successvalley to allow us to resolve the problem before contacting either the financial institution that issued the credit card or the credit card company.

11.4     To threaten a chargeback to alter purchase price after an order is placed is extortion. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be investigated and reported to your local police, your local bank, and our merchant service. We will prosecute to the full extent permitted under the law.

11.5     An unauthorized credit card chargeback after an order has been placed is known as friendly fraud or chargeback abuse, even if you are the owner of the card, it is theft and still fraud. We will dispute the chargeback with proof of delivery and, as required, file a report with the police.

11.6     We shall report all wrongful or fraudulent chargeback to the local police, your bank, and relevant merchant service. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud.

11.7     We accept only those credit cards mentioned on the Services ordering screens as the payment options for your purchase.

The Guest Creators hereby acknowledge and agree that, the content written, podcasts and books published, and courses posted or done on our Website (“Work”) are free from any libellous or unlawful material or instructions that may cause harm, damage, or injury. The Guest Creators represent and warrant that the Work will not infringe upon or violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other right or privacy of others and that it does not contain any affiliate links or link to link farms and that the statements in the Work are true or based upon generally accepted research practices. The Guest Authors represent and warrant that the Work is professional of a high-grade nature and quality. 16.2  Successvalley is not responsible for any forms of damages that is caused by the guest content creators and producers in the forms of blogs, books, podcast or audio-visual interviews, programmes and courses that are provided to the users on our platform, nor will Successvalley bear the liability for any forms of damage caused by guest creators.

17       COMPLIANCE

17.1     The Website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and its use. You agree not to:

17.1.1 upload or transmit through the Website any computer viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer;

17.1.2 upload or transmit through the Website any material which is defamatory, offensive or of an obscene character; and

18       refunds and returns

18.1     The Content

18.1.1 Successvalley does not provide any refunds under any circumstances for the Content or any other online courses which may be added from time to time. If you are facing any technical difficulties using our Website or accessing the Content, please feel free to contact us by using the Contact information provided in Section 28, our team will try to promptly assist you in this case.

18.2     Our Products

18.2.1 Printed Books: We do not sell any printed books at this time. They are sold through our affiliates and their respective terms and conditions and policies shall apply in all transactions between you and our affiliates. However, if we decide to do so in the future, we will do so according to the terms mentioned below and you shall hereby through this reference adhere to our Refunds and Returns policy;

18.2.1.1 You can cancel an order for a printed book for approximately one hour from the time the order. Past one hour, We will not be able to provide refunds or cancel orders, with the exception that Successvalley may agree to replace your printed book because it arrives damaged, with a material manufacturing defect, or a material defect in workmanship, We will not accept returns in any case.

18.2.1.2 In the event your printed book arrives damaged, with a material manufacturing defect, or a material defect in workmanship, please email us using the information provided in section 28 within 10 days of receipt and we will work with you to secure a replacement copy if necessary. The replacement copy of the printed book will reach you within 10 business days commencing from the date of dispatch of order. However, there may be factors beyond our control which may cause delays, and with this regard we disclaim all liabilities. Please note that each printed book you order from us is individually made by one of Successvalley’s professional book-printing partners. There may be minor differences across different prints of the same books and/or across books printed by our different book-printing partners, including, but not limited to, slight variances in colour fidelity and binding type. While we work very hard to keep our product as consistent as possible, this variation is a normal occurrence and is not considered a manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship and does not qualify for a reprint.

18.2.2 eBooks: Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, Our eBooks are not subject to cancellation in any case including the cancellation process mentioned in the Section 18.2.1.1. You cannot under any circumstance cancel orders or obtain refunds for, or to receive replacements of, eBooks (including PDF books).
